Lita was born in Brooklyn, New York, not far
from the legendary Coney Island amusement park,
a location that has always inspired her artistically.

Coney Island is a place rife with contrasts.
As a child she was fascinated by the gaming booths,
which always seemed to be operated by
tattooed men with harsh voices and criminal
stares -- the least likely of candidates to
represent the gallery of plush toys behind them.

Lita is currently studying multimedia and
graphic design at the Corcoran College of Art + Design.
At the moment she is working on a graphic novel
